The Sandwich Generation

Are you an adult taking care of an elderly parent as well as your own children? If so, you are considered part of the "Sandwich Generation." This can be a stressful position to be in, so we are offering an informal discussion group for Sandwich Generation members to get support and learn about resources.

The discussion will be led by Bridget Byrne from the Central Baptist Village retirement community. Sandwiches will be served!
