The Adult Services department features books, audiobooks, and movies for adult patrons, in addition to printing, faxing, scanning, and public computers. The staff at the Adult Services Desk can assist you with the catalog, online resources, and reference questions.
Adult & Senior Events
Coffee Monday
Come to the library on the first Monday morning of every month for coffee and conversation about local matters. It’s a great way to get to know your neighbors and learn about things going on in the community.
Evening Book Club
The evening book club meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Books are available one month in advance.

Need to catch up with this year's crop of Academy Award nominees? This summer, the Library will screen a nominated film on the first Saturday of the month from May through August.
Craft and Chat
Crafting isn't just for kids! This month's craft for adults: Create a Matisse-inspired watercolor painting in a guided class led by an instructor from local art studio Slowfire.
Meditation Soundbath
Rhonda Fentry leads a form of meditation using ambient overlapping sounds and vibrations from Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tapping into your inner deep subconscious and awakening new energy.
Film Lover Fridays
Join other movie lovers on the third Friday of each month to watch classic films. This season, we're showing Technicolor movies in support of this year's Summer Reading Challenge, the theme of which is "Color Our World."
Monet Lives: A Portrayal of Claude Monet
Actor and artist Jim Parks, the former host of HGTV's "New Spaces," brings art history to life in this portrayal of Claude Monet.
Summer Concert Series: Donna Herula Blues Trio
Celebrate summer with an outdoor concert by the Donna Herula Blues Trio. The trio plays fun, lively, and heartfelt versions of traditional Delta Blues and early Chicago Blues songs, as well as originals that tip a hat to the tradition.
