The Barbara Hall Meeting room is the Library’s largest space for events, programs, and meetings, holding up to 81 people. This room is not intended for small meetings or study groups.
Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a mounted projector and screen system. You may also request laptops, microphones, and other equipment when making your room reservation.
Seating
There are 10 rectangular tables and 60 chairs available for use in the Meeting Room. Both set-up and clean-up of the meeting room is the responsibility of the requesting party.
